                        LAS VEGAS, November 13,
                        2000, COMDEX, Booth #L5946 - Sanyo Fisher Company's
Presentation Technologies Division, whose parent company
is one of the world's largest manufacturer of LCD
projectors, introduces the PLC-XF20, a new fixed
installation, LCD projector combining the ultimate in
                        brightness, contrast, resolution and flexibility.

Integrating a super efficient optical system, the
PLC-XF20 utilizes four high-output 150-watt UHP lamps to
produce an industry-leading 5000 ANSI lumens while
amazingly consuming less power thanks to its efficient
lamp management system. The lamp management system
allows the projector to control and monitor the status
of each lamp individually, providing on- screen
confirmation. Therefore, users can utilize all four
lamps or only two lamps to maximize lamp life or when
high screen brightness is not required. Adding fail-safe
operation, if a lamp fails while either four or two
lamps are being used, the PLC-XF20 will automatically
switch to the matched pair of good lamps.

                        Featuring a vertical/horizontal motor-driven lens shift,
the PLC-XP20 can also be twin stacked, resulting in a
near doubling of the image brightness. For instance,
when two projectors are used in a stacked configuration,
the power lens shift easily aligns the projected images,
creating an illuminated picture of nearly 10,000 ANSI
lumens with virtually no geometric distortion.

Also, Sanyo's Polarized Beam Splitter (PBS) Optical
System further enhances the brightness levels, ensuring
the utmost in image brilliance and quality.

An XGA native resolution of 1024 x 768 coupled with an
integrator lens, ensures the PLC-XF20 will provide
crisp, vivid images up to 600 inches diagonally with an
impressive corner-to-corner uniformity of greater than
85 percent. In addition, to effectively suppress
overwhelming whites in bright images and excessive
blacks in dark images, the PLC-XP20 uses Sanyo's
                        proprietary Automatic Uniformity Correction Controller
Circuit, which automatically corrects color and
brightness variances resulting in an incredibly high
                        contrast ratio of 700:1.

"There is not another projector on the market today
that can compete with the technology and features touted
by the PLC-XF20," noted Robert Pearlman, marketing
manager, Sanyo Computer Peripheral Products. "This
projector is ideal for any large venue setting and will
undoubtedly contribute to the impact of any
presentation. The PLC-XF20 is a technical
                        knockout."

Sanyo's PLC-XF20 is equipped with a variety of advanced
                        digital features, including:
